Continuous Professional Development (CPD) & Supervision
The Academy of Hypnotherapy offers Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and clinical supervision for hypnotherapists face to face in Preston, Lancashire and also online. Lauren Kolb, the Academic Director and Principal of the Academy, leads the CPD and clinical supervision. She has run her own successful hypnotherapy practice for over 17 years and has taught the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD), training new students in evidence-based, ethical and effective therapeutic practice, since 2008.
Supervision
I am a fully qualified and accredited NCH hypnotherapy supervisor. The supervision that I offer provides guidance, feedback and shared learning to help you continue to develop professionally and personally. It provides a structured space to refine skills, explore challenges, and ensure ethical, high-quality care for your clients. At a personal level, supervision offers support, reflection and space to explore self-awareness and balance.
You can choose one to one in-person, phone or online supervision sessions which cost £40 an hour. I also run face-to-face group supervision sessions quarterly. The group sessions last for two hours (and count for one hour’s supervision) and cost £30
